"Having paid a deposit on a conservatory with a company which went

 into administration, we were faced with a design with planning

 consent for our conservatory but no supplier or builder. We

 eventually decided to split the purchase of the materials from the

 construction work. We had no contacts with builders and took a

 recommendation from the conservatory company. Lee came highly

 recommended having completed numerous similar builds previously.

 Lee visited us, gave us a fixed price and a programme / scope of work and

 stuck to all of them.

 Numerous friends have had endless problems with builders. We

 embarked on the exercise feeling a little nervous. After the first

 week we started to feel much more comfortable. Lee arrived promptly

 every day along with a team of four. They worked from the moment

 they arrived until they went home. Each day you would hardly know

 they had been and they were meticulous in tidying up after

 themselves.. There were a few problems with the conservatory

 supplied with lack of fit and incorrectly fabricated components. Lee

 sorted out all the issues direct with the works and quickly arrived

 at a solution.. He chose not to make an issue of the problems but

 concentrated on solving them quickly and with the minimum of input

 from us.

 In all the six weeks Lee and his helpers worked on our conservatory

 it was only torrential rain or flooding which stopped them working.

 They were working on one single job from start to finish - ours.

 They started and finished when they said they would and were a

 pleasure to have in the house. We'd thoroughly recommend Lee to

'In 2007 an extension was built at the rear of my property by Edgecombe & Sons Master Builders.

The job was completed on schedule and the work site was kept clean and tidy throughout the build.

I was extremley pleased with the finished works and can honestly recomend them to any future person who may require similar work to be executed and I am quite happy for people to view the completed extension.'
